These 2 pictures are less than 2 years apart.  I have always worked out and felt like I was healthy. I started to realize my body wasn’t changing, and I wasn’t hitting the results I wanted on my own. I just seemed like I was stuck. I knew I needed to do something, but I didn’t know where to begin when it came to nutrition. I started working with Matt where we were able to implement a strategy for me to follow. Within a short period of time I was noticing a lot of changes with my body. That’s when I knew I was all in. Matt knew exactly what he was talking about. I was finally losing body fat, gaining muscle, and just overall leaning out.  

I always thought if I just worked out harder and ate less I would hit the results I wanted. I couldn’t have been anymore wrong. 

I have never felt better about the progress I am making. I am excited to continue working with Matt to get even better results.
After having two kids and getting diagnosed with PCOS, losing weight and leaning out felt nearly impossible - like something my younger, pre-kid self got to enjoy.  

Working with Matt truly made everything about nutrition and fitness click for me.  I had avoided tracking my food because I hated obsessing over what I ate, but Matt makes things make sense in a way that is sustainable for my real life.  I can reach any goal that I set for myself without skipping ice cream with my kids (with no guilt).  It turned lifting weights into something I genuinely enjoy vs. a chore.  I can walk into the free weight area of the gym with confidence in my knowledge and ability that I never would have had without working with Matt.

Matt has been an incredible guide in helping me transform my approach to nutrition. He has helped me completely change my relationship with food. Instead of focusing on “what I can’t eat” - he helped me change my mindset to “what I get to eat”. I was raised with “eat less = lose weight”. After years of under eating, with Matt’s help I have been able to fix my metabolism, build muscle and drop body fat. It all seemed counterintuitive but he was patient and honest and simplified the complexities of what my body truly needs to thrive.

I generally ate a “healthy” diet and consistently exercised before and during my pregnancies.  I had two babies back to back and really wanted to not only lose my postpartum weight but tone my body as well.  

I started meeting with Matt and following his nutrition program.  He provided me with clear cut guidelines to follow each month.  Once he put a strategy in place I was able to start seeing predictable results.  Trusting and committing to the process was all he asked of me and I am beyond happy with the results.  

At a little over one year postpartum I weigh less than I did before babies and feel stronger than ever.
I have always been an active person. I’ve dabbled in it all (weightlifting, cycling, running) and I always considered my diet to be “healthy”, although I never truly tracked my macros. It wasn’t until I started working with Matt and understanding the importance of calorie intake (protein and fats specifically) that I started to really notice a change in my body. And not just the way I look but the way my body feels. Focusing on whole foods and hitting my protein intake has made the biggest change for me. But I’ve also learned how to incorporate the foods I love into my nutrition plan and still hit my goals. Working with Matt over the past 2 years has showed me that you honestly can’t out work a bad diet. You have to have your nutrition dialed in, along with your exercise routine, to truly start to see results and make changes that you can maintain. I have never felt so strong and confident in my body as I do now.
